Frequently asked questions
Can I remove the fabric covers to wash them?
No, our covers are not removable for washing, spot cleaning only. Simply use a clean rag and mild detergent to treat any stubborn spots. Your plush frame will look refreshed in no time.
Does it come with the headboard?
Yes, the Ultra Bed Set includes our patented, all-cushioned bed frame and headboard.
Can I raise the headboard off the floor?
Our headboards are designed to rest directly on the ground in between the headboard and the bed frame. We would not recommend lifting the headboard as the weight of the headboard could cause it to lean forward or fall.
What are your products made from?
We exclusively use CertiPUR-US® certified foam for all our bed frames and headboards. Each piece is upholstered in your selection of poly-linen or polyester fabric.
Can I use a box spring taller than 9"?
Our Ultra Bed Set is designed to fit over a 5" - 9" tall box spring that is set directly on the floor. We highly advise against pairing the Ultra Bed Set with any box springs that are taller than 9". If you have questions about a specific box spring, kindly reach out to our care team at hello@softframedesigns.com and we'll do our best to help.
Does the headboard connect with the bed frame?
No, our headboards do not connect with the bed frame. They nestle securely between the bed frame and supporting wall. You may use the optional velcro to secure your headboard to the wall.
Is there a specific mattress height recommended to use with SoftFrame bed frames?
Mattress height is up to personal preference but most customers opt for a 10" -12" tall mattress to achieve the look shown in our images.
Is this compatible with an adjustable base?
No, SoftFrame bed frames are not compatible with adjustable bases.
