Returns + Exchanges

Dedicated to delivering the highest quality products to every customer, we want your purchase to be a rewarding experience. If there is an issue with your order, we will make every effort to resolve it.

Our products are made to order, therefore they are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges; unless the item(s) arrive damaged or with a defect.

If you have a problem with your order please email our customer care team at hello@softframedesigns.com within 7 days of delivery.

If your order is approved for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be returned with tracking and within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be unused, in new condition and returned in the original packaging.

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit, we will repair or replace the defective or damaged area. If that isn’t possible, we will arrange an exchange. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

We offer a 48-hour cancellation window. Once this time has elapsed, the order goes into production, and the sale is considered binding.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

We currently have a production turnaround time of 1 - 3 weeks from the date of your order, however, please note that an influx of orders during the Black Friday promotion may cause our production time to be lengthened.
