At SoftFrame Designs, we are committed to providing you with top-quality products and a satisfying purchase experience. Our items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not available. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to help.

Please contact our customer care team at hello@softframedesigns.com or fill out the form on our contact page within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

- Return shipping fees and restocking fees will apply 

We offer a 48-hour cancellation window. Once this time has elapsed, the order goes into production, and the sale is considered binding.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

The refund will be processed if approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 14 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
