It is important that you include one of the two mentioned options if you will not be at home on the proposed day and/or time of delivery

From purchase date, allow approximately 1-2 weeks for us to craft your order.

Once we're ready to ship, we'll email your order confirmation and tracking number to the address provided.

Please note shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location, as we ship from Los Angeles. Remember that shipping time is in addition to production time.

We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States! Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada range from $85 to $175 per piece depending on the product.

Please note that each item in your order may be shipped in its own box, due to its large dimensions. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the shipping cost - these charges are the responsibility of the buyer. 

While we will make every effort to meet these shipping estimates, we cannot assure you they will be met..

We offer a 48-hour cancellation window. Once this time has elapsed, the order goes into production, and the sale is considered binding.

Our products are made to order, therefore they are not eligible for returns and/or exchanges; unless the item(s) arrive damaged or with a defect.

If your order is approved for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be returned with tracking and within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be unused, in new condition and returned in the original packaging.
