For clients who want to request a signature upon delivery.
Please note, a signature requirement means that FedEx will not leave your package(s) at your house without an adult signature.
FedEx will attempt 2 - 3 re-deliveries before shipping the package back to us.
If your order gets returned to our warehouse, there will be additional shipping costs to re-ship.
Shipping
Production and shipping time for our products is approximately 2 weeks from the date of order.
We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States! Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada range from $149.99 to $299.99 per piece depending on the product. Please note that each item in your order will be shipped in its own box, due to its large dimensions. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the shipping cost - these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Installation
SoftFrame® bed frames couldn't be easier to set up. Simply place the one-piece bed frame around your existing box spring with the black logo tag facing the ceiling, then top it with your mattress. Check the video below to see how simple the process really is.
Box-springs are required and not included.
Care
- Vacuum or use a soft brush to dust and keep the material looking and feeling fresh.
- Blot spills immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth. If necessary, spot clean with a trusted upholstery cleaning solution.
- Be sure to spot test any cleaning product in an inconspicuous place before use.
- For a deep clean, we recommend a professional upholstery cleaning service.
