Installation

  1. Place the bed frame over and around your box spring
  2. Slide the headboard between the wall and bed frame
  3. Place your mattress on top and add your favorite bedding

Care

  • Vacuum or use a soft brush to dust as needed.
  • If spills occur, blot them immediately and spot clean using a damp, clean cloth. Air dry.
  • Be sure to spot test any cleaning product in an inconspicuous area before applying.
  • Professional upholstery cleaning is recommended as needed.

Does this include a headboard?

No, the Ultra Bed Frame does not include a headboard. Discover our Ultra Bed Set to shop the complete bed frame and headboard look.

Can I attach a different headboard?

Our headboards are designed to fit perfectly with our SoftFrame bed frames, but we have had customers in the past use our bed frames with their own headboard, and we haven't heard of any issues with that; however, it would be at your own discretion.

Kindly note that a headboard cannot be attached to the bed frame. We would also recommend going over our size guide to make sure that the dimensions of our bed frame fit perfectly with your headboard. You can click on the following link to view our size guide.

Can I use a box spring taller than 9"?

Our Ultra Bed Set is designed to fit over a 5" - 9" tall box spring that is set directly on the floor. We highly advise against pairing the Ultra Bed Set with any box springs that are taller than 9". If you have questions about a specific box spring, kindly reach out to our care team at hello@softframedesigns.com and we'll do our best to help.

Is there a specific mattress height recommended to use with your bed frames?

Most of our customers pair a 10"-12" tall mattress with our bed frames, however the height of the mattress depends on your preference. Our product photos on our website, are paired with a 10" tall mattress.

    The best house purchase we have ever made.

    We’ve had ours for over a year now, and it’s easily been our favorite purchase! We love everything about it. It’s easy to maintain and spot-clean when needed, incredibly comfortable, and gives us peace of mind with the kids playing on or around it. Plus, it’s absolutely beautiful and instantly elevated our space. We’re already planning to get another one for the guest bedroom soon. Couldn’t recommend it more!
