Is this bed frame safe for toddlers and young kids?

Yes. SoftFrame® Kids beds are fully cushioned with no sharp edges or exposed hard surfaces. Crafted with performance fabrics and CertiPUR-US® certified foam—foam that feels good, and you can feel good about. Give kids the freedom to move safely and freely around their bed.

What materials are used?

We use resilient fabrics and high-density, CertiPUR-US® certified foam that is free of harmful chemicals.

Does it require a box spring?

Yes. Our bed frames are designed to slip over and around a standard box spring (5–9" tall) which provides the structure beneath the cushioned frame. The box spring and mattress are required and not included.

Is there underbed storage?

Yes. Our Luna style can be paired with a lifted box spring, allowing underbed storage. Depending how high the box spring is lifted off the ground will determine the amount of clearance you will have.

How long does shipping take?

From purchase date, allow approximately 1-2 weeks for us to craft and ship your order. We'll email the tracking number to the address provided when its ready to ship.

How do SoftFrame® beds set up?

SoftFrame® beds arrive fully assembled. Simply lay the frame over your box spring (not included), top with your mattress, and you’re done—no movers or tools required.

How do I keep the bed frame clean?

  • Vacuum or use a soft brush to dust as needed.
  • Blot spills with a damp cloth. Test cleaners in a hidden area first. Let air dry.
  • Professional upholstery cleaning is recommended as needed.

Do not remove the cover(s), spot clean or professional clean only.

How high off the ground is the bed?

The most common setup uses a 9” box spring with an 8”–10” mattress, giving a total height of about 17”–19”, which is a standard, chair-like height. For a lower profile, pair the Ultra Set with a 5” box spring and an 8” mattress for a height of approximately 13”.

Can I use the bed frame on the floor?

Yes. Our bed frames are designed to be used directly on the floor over a standard box spring.
