SoftFrame® bed frames are all-cushioned bed frames and headboards handcrafted in the USA using premium CertiPUR-US® certified foam and durable, upholstery-grade fabrics.
To use a SoftFrame® bed frame, you’ll need a standard mattress and a box spring between 5"–9" tall (both required but not included).
Yes. SoftFrame® beds have a minimalist "frame-over-box-spring" design and perfectly go over your standard 5" to 9" box spring (required and not included).
Boxspring Compatibility
A 5" - 9" tall box spring is required and not included.
SoftFrame® bed frames are designed to work with most standard 5"–9" box springs and foundations. For those who prefer the lifted look, our Luna and Classic styles can also be beautifully paired with raised box springs.
Assembly
- Place the bed frame over and around your box spring
- Slide the headboard between the wall and bed frame
- Place your mattress on top and add your favorite bedding
They nestle securely between the bed frame and supporting wall. You may use the optional velcro to secure your headboard to the wall.

SoftFrame® bed frames are handcrafted in the USA with an all-cushioned design made from CertiPUR-US® certified foam and durable, upholstery-grade fabric.
The CertiPUR-US® certified foam used inside every SoftFrame® bed is soft, cushioned, and supportive. It’s designed to provide a comfortable feel while still maintaining the structure and durability needed to hold its shape beautifully over time.
We use high-quality, upholstery-grade and performance fabrics chosen for both comfort and durability. Our collection includes woven textures, bouclé fabrics, and faux sheepskin styles designed to feel soft, elevated, and made for everyday living.
Our fabric covers are not removable. For best results, we recommend spot cleaning with a mild detergent and soft cloth as needed.
To keep your SoftFrame® bed looking its best, gently spot clean with mild soap and water using a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Regular light vacuuming can also help maintain the fabric’s appearance over time.
We designed SoftFrame® to create a softer, safer bedroom experience without sacrificing style. Unlike traditional wooden bed frames with sharp corners and hard edges, our all-cushioned construction helps provide peace of mind for families, pets, and anyone who is tired of stubbing their toes and shins on their bed frame.
Shipping
From purchase date, allow approximately 1-2 weeks for us to craft your order.
Once we're ready to ship, we'll email your order confirmation and tracking number to the address provided.
Please note shipping takes an additional 1-4 business days depending on your location, as we ship from Los Angeles. Remember that shipping time is in addition to production time.
We're working hard to deliver luxury right to your door.
We happily ship to homes in the contiguous USA and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Customers in the 48 contiguous states enjoy free shipping. For deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, shipping costs vary per piece based on product size and destination. Please note each bed frame or headboard will arrive packaged separately in its own box.
For Canadian shipments, any import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your order has a tracking number and confirmation email, we cannot make address changes. Please take care to verify details at checkout.
We recommend that you unpack your plush new bed frame or headboard right away to protect the integrity of the foam.
When ordering, factor in approximately 1-2 week production time to ensure your delivery won't coincide with moves or vacations.

We recommend unboxing your order as soon as possible for best results - no longer than 7 days after receipt. This will reduce the appearance of wrinkles that may have settled in transit.
Returns & Refunds
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit, we will repair or replace the defective or damaged area. If that isn’t possible, we will arrange an exchange. We reserve the right to determine the best course of action.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
For your convenience, cancellations or order changes are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we’re unable to make any adjustments to items, fabrics, styles, or shipping details.
