Currently, we ship in the United States and Canada. Shipping is free for the contiguous United States.

Shipping fees apply for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada and will be calculated in the order process.

All of our furnishings are meticulously crafted and made to order in our Los Angeles facility. Our production time is currently 4-6 weeks. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will be sent a tracking number with details to the email used to place the order.

SOFTFRAME® is located in sunny Los Angeles and all products are handcrafted at our boutique workshop. Delivered directly to you, from us, with gratitude.

Your SOFTFRAME® bed frame arrives meticulously folded inside a carry box with handle and weighs no more than 35 pounds, making it easy to carry up stairs and around corners. Assembly is hassle-free: SOFTFRAME® bed frame is fully assembled and requires no tools, extra parts or movers.

Remove your mattress and all linens from the bed. Unbox your SOFTFRAME® bed frame, removed the wrapping and unfold it. Place your SOFTFRAME® bed frame over and around your box spring (required and not included) and replace your mattress and linens.

Our SOFTFRAME® bed frames and headboards are made from non-toxic, high density foam and premium upholstery fabric.  

The foam used is 100% polyurethane, made in California. It is the same type of foam that is used to make mattresses, sofas, baby car seats, and contains no additives.We offer an array of luxurious fabrics to choose from, all of which are sourced in Los Angeles. Our fabrics are resilient and are naturally stain resistant.

We recommend purchasing a set! The headboard is a free standing piece that effortlessly rests between the wall and your SOFTFRAME® bed frame and mattress. Unlike any headboard on the market, it's 100% fully cushioned - no wood or hard surfaces. The cover is sewn with a hidden zipper so that it can be easily removed for cleaning. 

As a freestanding piece, SOFTFRAME® headboards do not attach to the SOFTFRAME® bed frames, but are designed to stay in place, while being easily removable, as needed. We do provide velcro strips that are sewn onto the wall-facing side of the headboard, and additional velcro strips are provided to attach to your wall for extra support.

SOFTFRAME® furnishings are great for families of all sizes and ages, including for children, teens and pets. 

SOFTFRAME® bed frames and headboards are made from 100% soft surfaces, providing parents with better sleep knowing their little ones are fully surrounded by a cloud-like cushion. For families with pets that sleep on beds, our low profile, comfy beds are an ideal solution for senior dogs with mobility issues and smaller pets that cannot jump up on a high bed. Our bolster and wedge pillows are perfect for support.

- Vacuum or use a soft brush to dust as needed.

- Blot spills or mishaps as soon as possible and spot clean with a mild soap and a damp, clean cloth.

- Let the area air dry.

- Be sure to spot test any cleaning product in a very small, inconspicuous place before applying.

- May also be steam cleaned.

- The slip cover is designed to be removed and is washable.

- For best results, wash cold and air dry, or dry clean as needed.

SOFTFRAME® pillows (round bolster and wedge)

- Spot clean with a water-based detergent.

- Be sure to spot test any cleaning product in a very small, inconspicuous place before applying.

Shipping / Delivery FAQS

Production and shipping time for our products is 5 weeks from the date of order. 

We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States! Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada range from $85 to $175 per piece depending on the product. Please note that each item in your order will be shipped in its own box, due to its large dimensions. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the shipping cost - these charges are the responsibility of the buyer. 

While we will make every effort to meet these shipping estimates, we cannot assure you they will be met. Production times and preparation times may vary from order to order.

Free Shipping* is not available for these U.S. locations. Rates vary by item and will be reflected in your shopping cart. Once you have received your tracking number, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery.

We highly recommend that you request a signature confirmation for your package if you will not be home on the proposed day / time of delivery. Please contact us at to add that option.

All packages are sent via USPS or FedEx and are provided with a tracking number that enables delivery to be verified and acknowledged. Our company is not responsible for a refund or replacement if your item(s) are stolen from your property. We recommend that you contact the courier and/or your property management in this case. 

Returns / Exchanges FAQS

We offer returns on SOFTFRAME® Classic and Luna bed frames, as well as any twin sized accessory; i.e. bolsters and wedges. 

SOFTFRAME® Ultra bed frames (all sizes) and other custom items* are made to your individual specifications; therefore, these products are final sale, non-exchangeable and can not be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of initial delivery. If you have exceeded the two-week period since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

To receive a refund, the item MUST be in new condition when returned without:

- Hair or fur

- Signs of wear, washing, or improper care

- Damage or stains

All returned items are thoroughly inspected, and any item(s) returned in a condition deemed as no longer sellable will not be refunded.

If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. Kindly note that refunds take approximately 2-5 business days to post.

Customers are responsible for return (and exchange) shipping cost unless the order arrives damaged or defective.Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport.
